How Much Are You Paying?
Whether you’re an individual trying to manage your time or part of a team leading ministry, a lack of focus comes at a cost—a hidden “focus tax.” It quietly drains your productivity, diminishes the quality of your work, and limits your capacity to do what matters most. Over time, these small inefficiencies can create major drag on your personal energy, your team’s effectiveness, and your ministry’s momentum.
This interactive session helps you identify and understand the specific focus taxes that may be quietly nickel-and-diming your attention and energy. Through hands-on exercises and practical examples, you’ll experience just how costly distraction can be—and discover how to reduce that burden through simple strategies, tools, and mindset shifts. You’ll leave better equipped to reclaim focus in your day-to-day work, make better decisions about where to invest your time, and lead or serve with greater clarity and purpose. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply want to work more intentionally, this breakout will give you practical tools to lower your “tax” and increase your impact.
