Throughout the course of the conference, attendees will gather three times for meals. Sponsorship is for one meal.

BECOME A VENDOR

Looking to represent your organization or area of ministry? Reserve a vendor table for $500. They will remain up during the duration of the conference. All representatives that will be staffing the table will need to register for the conference. All registered will receive a name badge and will have full access to all provided meals, sectionals, and activities provided at the conference. All sponsorships over $3,000 will receive a complimentary vendor table. Hotel reservations will need to be made using the conference link.

We are no longer accepting new vendors for the 2026 conference.

HOTEL SIGNAGE

The “signage” described above includes retractable banners, logos on monitors, etc. Hilton Chicago has the ability to offer larger signage options, e.g., wrapping columns in their entry foyer with signage on each side, logo projections on conference room walls, etc. Please contact Michelle Gartner if you are interested in showcasing your business by purchasing additional signage.

NETWORKING/RECEPTIONS

The historic Hilton Chicago has multiple suites ideal for entertaining small groups, networking, etc. The WNCLL has access to all of them. Please contact Michelle Gartner if you would like to host a networking event or reception.
