Using the Culture Change Course Map

The Shadow of the Leader workshop, offered by WELS Congregational Services, is designed to equip pastors to be intentional leaders, ready to lead congregational culture change. However, it does not have time to dive into the step-by-step mechanics of leading a congregational culture shift. That is instead provided in the Post Workshop Resources on the shadowoftheleader.com website.

This breakout will go through those Post Workshop Resources, including a detailed walkthrough of the Culture Change Course Map, and provide a Q&A for those considering a culture shift. You’ll leave understanding better how to tailor the Culture Change Course Map to custom-fit your congregation’s own unique culture journey.

Attendees are encouraged to visit the shadowoftheleader.com website prior to the breakout and arrive at the breakout with questions.

For more than 25 years, Kurt Nitz has been leading culture transformations that enable organizations to achieve previously unattainable results.
