Following Christ at Work
It can be easy to compartmentalize our faith. We’re believers at home, at church, and in personal relationships. But at work, we often blend in. In secular workplaces, many fear that living out their faith could lead to awkwardness, HR violations, or even professional risk. But Jesus doesn’t ask us to check our discipleship at the door when we clock in. This session equips believers to see their workplace not as a spiritual vacuum but as a mission field. Participants will learn how to represent Christ faithfully and winsomely—through character, excellence, integrity, and when appropriate, gracious words. We’ll explore what it means to be a Christian employee, manager, or business owner; how faith shapes our values and interactions; and how to deal wisely with moral tensions and cultural pressures.
This breakout offers practical tools for navigating workplace boundaries while remaining unapologetically Christian. Whether you’re in a corporate office, a school, a hospital, or on a shop floor, you’ll leave better equipped to live for Christ—on the clock, and always on mission.
