Breaking Growth Barriers with Courage, Clarity, and Calling
If your church is healthy but stuck, you’re not alone. This breakout is for leaders ready to break through the invisible ceiling and build something more. Drawing from decades of hands-on leadership, we’ll explore how to grow without burning out your pastor, how to build unity around a shared ministry philosophy, and how to develop leaders who already know your DNA—because they were raised in it. With practical tools and gospel-centered strategies, this session will help you get your church—and your people—unstuck and moving forward.
Rev. John Parlow’s worldview and philosophy of ministry can be summed up by this idea: “When sharing the gospel, you always need to be willing to think outside the box because one day everybody is going to be in one.” For more than 30 years, he has served as the lead pastor at St. Mark Ministries in De Pere and Green Bay, Wis., a multigenerational ministry that offers a wide variety of worship and discipleship options across multiple campuses, better equipping Jesus’ followers to reach those who are far from him.
