Thank you for your interest in helping sponsor the WELS National Conference on Lutheran Leadership. Your generosity will:

allow more congregations to attend
show support for the conference’s mission to address the challenges before us as we seek to do all we can with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The conference runs January 16th – 18th, 2023 at the Hilton Chicago. Monday consists of three keynote sessions and opening worship that evening. Tuesday is when attendees will participate in the five breakout sessions of their choice. Wednesday morning consist of the final two keynote sessions. Breakfast and lunch will be served in the Grand Ballroom. There will also be multiple refreshment breaks.

The forty-seven breakout sessions address tactical issues, presenting some “best practices” for various areas of ministry.

Throughout the course of the conference, attendees will gather four times for meals. Sponsorship is for one meal.

Other Options

BECOME A VENDOR – VENDOR TABLES ARE FULL

Looking to represent your organization or area of ministry? Reserve a vendor table. They will remain up during the duration of the conference. Vendors need not register for breakout sessions but are free to audit any breakout they so desire.

HOTEL SIGNAGE

The “signage” described above include retractable banners, logos on monitors, etc. Hilton Chicago has the ability to offer larger signage options, e.g. wrapping columns in their entry foyer with signage on each side, logo projections on conference room walls, etc.

NETWORKING/RECEPTIONS

The historic Hilton Chicago has multiple suites ideal for entertaining small groups, networking, etc. The WNCLL has access to all of them. In all circumstances it is necessary to work with their hospitality group. The Hilton Chicago has multiple hospitality packages.

Please note that hotel costs are a separate payment directly to Hilton Chicago. Discounted hotel rates will be available via a link the WNCLL team will send to all sponsors and vendors.
